General rules

• Waitlist applications before commissions open are not allowed unless announced• Returning clients who’ve commissioned me 3 times will be given a reserved slot next commission opening.• Not responding after 3 days of accepting your commission, will cancel your application.• I reserve the right to refuse your commission request for any reason• I reserve the right to stream the process of your commission unless client states otherwise. (check table above)• I reserve the right to archive any and all conversations between myself and the client• I reserve the right to draw personal work while doing your commission• Commissions art now placed via Artistree• Please provide multiple references when submitting your commission request. I will follow the reference you give me as close as possible; once I start, you cannot give me any new references to follow; you may only do this for small tweaks however.

Privacy

• Please do not disclose any personal information found in the transaction process or legal action will be taken• All information disclosed by the client (name, address, phone number, email, etc.) will be kept completely confidential by all people, regardless of association to my brand unless otherwise requested by client, in which case will only be shared privately and not publicly. <3

Copyright

• Do not claim my work as your own.• Copyright belongs to and remains with me• Please let me know if you don’t want me to post your finished commission beforehand• Please credit me as @flufflebunnVT in your bio, twitch panel, tweets, about page, etc when posting my commission• Do not reproduce or redistribute my work (reselling) without my permission.• Do not mint/sell the commission work for NFT or legal action will be takenThings I WONT draw

Workflow & updates

Workflow goes as follows:
1.) Sketch (payment of at least half of discussed commission price due)
2.) Revision 1
3.) Line-art and color
4.) Rendering
5.) Revision 2
6.) Completion (remaining portion of payment is due upon receipt of commission)Please note!!
Revision period is locked to a month from when the model's process started. No more revisions can be asked after that. Also, the earlier it's revised, the bigger the changes I can make, especially if I will be rigging the art.

Half of the total price must be paid upfront before I can start working on your art, and the other half once the art is completed. Once the price is paid in full, I will send the art and any extra files. I don't accept payment weeks/months in advance before I'm able to start.Updates regarding the commission will be regular and will be communicated to the client using Artistree

Revisions, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Refunds are applicable if I physically can't finish your commission• Major design changes that’s entirely different to the original order will be considered as a new commission and therefore liable to be charged full price• If the client or a rigger plan to modify the commission after I finish, please contact me beforehand so we can get in touch.• For canceling your commission, please contact me IMMEDIATELY before payment ensues.• No refunds when you cancel after payment
